How Quickly would I receive my commission?
The basic referral commission is 10% of the net cost of the product, excluding all taxes and postal charges. Therefore, if a visitor who has been linked from your site makes a purchase of £34.99, your commission will be 10% x £29.78 (£34.99 less VAT) = £2.98.
All sales are calculated from the 1st of each month to midnight on the last day of the month. We despatch referral cheques as soon as possible after this date but if the amount of commission is less than £25, this is carried over into the next month.

Will I have any contact with the customer?
No. Pool UK has a fast track despatch department which handles every aspect of the transaction from payment right through to after sales service. All administrative tasks are also handled by us including stock enquiries, customer returns and price changes.

Can I use the special link for personal shopping?
Yes you can. There is absolutely no restriction on who uses the link to buy goods. Effectively, your discount will be paid within your referral commission.

My first month has finished but I have got no commission cheque?
Site traffic is the most important factor in determining how large or small your referral cheques will be. If the number of visitors to your site per month is barely in the hundreds, you cannot expect bumper pay cheques. The truth of the matter is that unless you drive traffic to your own site, you will not be making large amounts in referral fees.

I get lots of traffic coming to my site but I am not earning high referral fees?
All sites are individual in terms of their design and the sort of visitors that they attract. It is inevitable therefore that there will be a need to tweak and vary the different methods of linking in order to most effectively make our partnership a success.
